"And Times Folds (Signed)" is a photo book by British female photographer Vanessa Winship. She studied photography and video at the University of Westminster in London, and while studying there, she met photographer George Georgi, who would later become her husband, and formed a creative partnership with him to travel the world and publish documentary reportage. Winship spent nearly 10 years in the Balkans, known as the 'powder keg of Europe,' and has since traveled to Turkey and the suburbs of the United States, depicting the history, aspirations, and identity of the places and people through landscapes and portraits. She is currently affiliated with the French photo agency 'VU' and has won numerous awards, including the Henri Cartier-Bresson Award. This book is a collection of works published on the occasion of a retrospective exhibition of the same name held at the Barbican Art Gallery in London in 2018, and includes her major works to date.
