"Unabara Genso (Signed)" is a collection of works by Japanese photographer Takuya Tsukahara (1937-). Tsukahara has transcended cities and landscapes to capture the light and waves reflected on the surface of the ocean with his unique perspective. He has explored the possibilities of photography and photographic expression while traveling abroad, developing a world of work that alternates between photography and printmaking. In this work, the ocean horizon, the light shining on it, and the rippling waves are unfolded geometrically and poetically, quietly capturing the fluidity of nature while maintaining its shape. Published in the early 1990s in conjunction with an exhibition at the Striped House Museum (later a gallery) in Roppongi, Tokyo, this book represents Tsukahara's mature period as an attempt to reexamine the "forms created by nature" through the medium of photography. Signed by the photographer .
