"Summer, Autumn, Winter, Autumn (Signed)" is a collection of works by Japanese photographer Masashi Sanai. Self-taught since his mid-twenties in the early 1990s, Sanai became a gifted artist, winning the 28th Kimura Ihei Photography Award in 2002 for his photobook "MAP," roughly 10 years later. Since then, he has fully demonstrated his talent in commercial work, including for Haruka Ayase and Kazuyoshi Nakamura. Furthermore, Sanai has had a strong commitment to photobook production from the beginning, and has collaborated uniquely with designer Satoru Machiguchi. In 2008, he launched his own photobook label, "Taisho," and has published numerous collections to date.
