"Portraits Nus" (English: Nude Portraits) is a collection of works by French photographer Jean-François Baulet (1932-2014). Influenced by Man Ray, Baulet began taking up photography seriously in the 1950s, and by the 1960s he had established his own studio, building a reputation for his work in commercials and portraits. He attracted considerable attention with his exhibitions of male nudes, which he shot as part of assignments in the late 1960s, and published them in collections in the 1970s. From the 1990s onwards, he was active, founding the magazine "Photographie.com" with Yann Morvan, a leading French photojournalist known for his work on gangsters. This photo collection, published by Claude Noli's Contrejour, is a captivating collection of beautiful portraits and nudes of women and couples, in addition to the aforementioned male nudes. (Edited)
