"A Moveable Feast" is a collection of works by Japanese photographer Hiroto Nagasawa (1990-). Originally from Kanagawa Prefecture, Nagasawa studied under photographer Jo Kaburagi after graduating from university and has expanded his work to include music magazines, online publications, and CD jackets. He is known for his soft, natural portraits. Through his solo exhibitions, "translations" (Omotesando ROCKET) in 2018 and "Tsuzureori" (KATA) in 2021, he has presented photographs that quietly capture the presence of people and the passage of time in everyday life. This book brings together images of landscapes and people captured during his travels across Europe. The casual street scenes and the expressions of the people he encountered are carefully woven together as fragments of travel memories. The title "A Moveable Feast" refers to a Christian holiday, but also to a portable, festive memory. The chance encounters and moments that arise during travel evoke a quiet sense of viewing life itself as a festive journey. Limited to 300 copies. Numbered.
