A photo collection by Japanese female photographer Yoshino Oishi, "Kureba Yoinoda Haru Nado Wa (Signed)." This is Yoshino Oishi's first collection of works, published in 1973, and is known as a photojournalist. A woman in a kimono runs wildly around Asama Sanso in winter, with her obi open, skirt hem disheveled, and even underwear exposed. The motifs and images are reminiscent of Tetsuya Ichimura's "Come Up," but perhaps due to the influence of a female perspective, the book does not have much of a sexual atmosphere, even though it is centered on nudity. The text of this book is by Shinya Yoshimura, a photo critic, publisher of Daido Moriyama's "Shashin Yo Goodbye," and editor of the photo magazine "Kikan Shashin Eizo." When Yoshimura first saw Oishi's work (Papany), he was not very interested and intended to return it, but when he found out that the work was photographed by a young woman (Yoshino Oishi ), he felt deep remorse for not understanding the feminine perspective and for viewing the work from an overly masculine point of view.
