"Tokyo Street Vol. 6" is a collection of works by Japanese photographer Tatsuro Suzuki. Suzuki has an unusual background, having worked in sales for a listed electronics manufacturer for over 20 years before resigning to become an independent photographer. He began taking street snaps in Tokyo around 2008, and won the Grand Prix at the "Steidl Book Award Japan," a dummy book award held at the Tokyo Art Book Fair in 2016. To commemorate this, his first book, "Friction / Tokyo Street," was published by Steidl in 2020. He is also one of the photographers who most trendily depicts "Tokyo today," including publishing zines with Tadashi Onishi and others as the head of "VoidTokyo." This book is the sixth and final issue of "Tokyo Street," which he has been self-publishing since 2019. It is the culmination of the series. Includes three L-size photographs and an A2-size poster.
